Step 1: What is it you desire? Think of something you wish to manifest.
(Tip: If you are unfamiliar with the Law of Attraction then the important thing here is to think of something acheivable in your mind. The moment doubt enters your head you block your manifestation. So why not start small, you can always come back once you manifest your wish and go for something bigger. The more you do this the easier it gets.)
Step 2: Visualise what you wish to manifest. Picture every detail and how it feels now you have this in your life, feel the excitment and most of all feel grateful.
(Tip: What we are doing here is sending a message to the Universe via your feelings, the stronger the feeling, the stronger the signal you send to the Universe.
